Becoming a MasterStream Sponsor allows your products and services to become available for Instant Quoting within the MasterStream community of users- at no charge to them. This means that whenever an RFQ (request for quote) is submitted and the request criteria are met by your service, a quote for your service will be generated automatically. Having your products quoted on-demand whenever the requestor’s criteria is met is a powerful sales driver – and it increases not only your exposure to opportunities but also makes you more attractive to prospective agents.

Agents who use MasterStream are more likely to sell your services, require less training, and require less support than agents who do not use MasterStream. Becoming a MasterStream Sponsor is also a marketable statement of commitment to the agent channel as a whole, as MasterStream is the most commonly used business management system among telecom agencies today.

Sponsorship Program Overview

MasterStream Sponsorship is a marketing program for telecom and hardware providers that leverages MasterStream’s unique position in the market to increase sales and attract agents. There are five primary elements to Sponsorship:

Instant Quoting: As a Sponsor you are ensured that your matching products and services will be quoted in every case and every location where your business rules and availability are met.
Document Automation: To make your selling your services even more attractive to the agents, MasterStream can generate all of the necessary order related paperwork for the requesting agent. MasterStream will use the business rules you provide during setup to ensure that all documents (credit app, service order, LOA, etc) are produced automatically based on the actual products quoted. This groundbreaking feature will save significant labor and further help you to become the provider of choice for the agent channel.
Advertising & Recruitment: To facilitate new agent acquisition, Sponsors are advertised and featured in MasterStream’s Provider Manager and regular “MasterStream Update” e-letter. Interested agentscan even initiate contact with the Sponsor from within MasterStream.
Channel Visibility: Sponsors are provided with access to the MasterStream Sponsor portal. The Sponsor portal shows information about sponsored agents and summarizes the activities related to the sponsor’s services, quotes, and resulting orders.
Close Sales Opportunities: Sponsors can run reports on their sponsored agents to see the RFQs where their services were quoted and what their respective statuses are. Most importantly, they can interact real-time on specific sales opportunities to respond to special pricing needs to ensure an opportunity is closed.
