Masterstream Releases RFQ Blast

Masterstream Software today released another compelling feature in its MasterStream-MX™ automation platform for telecom agents, RFQ Blast. Designed to save users time in their daily operations, RFQ Blast is integrated with Masterstream’s recently introduced Quote Manager. It allows agents to initiate an email distribution to any number of telecom provider contacts to request a service quote with specific instructions, and track the responses automatically.

RFQ Blast leverages stored telecom provider contacts in the Contact Manager and Masterstream’s intelligent service availability filtering to present the user with a recipient list and multiple send options. The result… agents can use RFQ Blast to simultaneously request quotes from numerous provider contacts without a single keystroke.
