Masterstream Releases Template Manager

Masterstream Software today announced another enhancement to its Masterstream agency automation system, Template Manager, a powerful utility for user-maintained quote templates. Template Manager allows users to capture any quote and store it as a template for repeated use. Core features include the ability to create new quote templates, capture existing quotes as templates, duplicate, edit, and delete templates on demand.

“Templates have become increasingly popular among our users because they simply save them so much time in fulfilling requests for quotes.” said Steve Roberts, Masterstream’s CEO and co-founder. “So, we were eager to provide a management interface that would allow them to fully leverage the benefits of a full template inventory of stored quotes.” Mr. Roberts added.

The Template Manager maintains the inventory of templates stored for any service, with any term, and for any telecom provider. Additionally, when a user chooses to enter a service quote for a given provider, any available templates for that service and provider are available in a simple select-and-load menu, allowing users to choose the appropriate template without having to leave the current screen.

Masterstream continues to offer these enhancements without any additional charges to its customers.
