Masterstream Releases Quote Manager

Masterstream Software today released a new enhancement to its MasterStream agency automation system called Quote Manager, providing a feature-rich interface for users to more efficiently manage quotes. The Quote Manager provides numerous features designed to accelerate the agent’s ability to identify telecom providers who can serve a given location, edit service requirements, resubmit those requirements through Masterstream’s Instant Quote process, and more.

“The Quote Manager is essentially a control panel for the user to create, view, change, duplicate, and delete all of their quotes in simple yet feature-rich environment.” said Masterstream designer, Jeff Fraser.

MasterStream-MX™, the total automation system for telecom agencies, currently provides multiple “managers” designed to make bring efficiency and simplicity to their respective areas of focus. Among them are the managers for RFQs, Agents, Contacts, Orders, Providers, and now Quotes.
